TERMS OF PURCHASE

Placing an order at bumprider store implies simultaneous acceptance of our terms of sale. All prices on inovi.se include VAT. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old.

An order acknowledgment is sent immediately after the purchase is completed to the specified e-mail address. It is important that you enter a correct e-mail address in order to receive information about possible partial deliveries, delays, etc. If an ordered item is delayed, you can contact us for a partial delivery, so you can have any other ordered items sent directly or the item exchanged for another.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Invoice payment
Payment against Klarna invoice with 30 days payment period. No invoice fee is added. The invoice is sent via email in connection with the order being sent from our warehouse. To be able to pay against an invoice, the order needs to be sent to your registered address, and you need to provide correct and complete personal data.

In case of late payment, a reminder fee and late payment interest will be added. In the event of non-payment, the case is forwarded to Klarna's debt collection company Segoria and statutory debt collection fees are added.

Partial payment
You can partially pay your invoice via Klarna account. Pay in installments from 1/24 of the order amount. You can pay off the entire remaining debt at any time. Your account with Klarna will then be automatically closed.

Card payment
Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard. No card fees are added. No card details are stored with us, they are saved with our partner Klarna. Card payments handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified.

Klarna Direct
With Klarna Direkt, you easily pay directly at the checkout with your mobile bank ID. The money is withdrawn 1-2 days after we send your goods.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a customer, you have the right to cancel and return correct deliveries within 365 days from when you or your courier received the item, in accordance with the law on distance contracts and off-premises contracts. Products purchased from the outlet are excluded from the 365-day return policy and instead have a return period of 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

Notification that you wish to use the right of withdrawal must be emailed to info@bumprider.com. The product must be sent to us within 14 days after notifying us. The customer is responsible for the goods until they have reached us.

After we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the price of the item within 14 days.

If the item is used more than necessary to determine its function, we reserve the right to deduct a value reduction. The item therefore needs to be returned in the exact condition in which it was received.

The return shipping cost in case of right of cancellation is paid by the customer.

CLAIMS & WARRANTY

If you have received a defective product, please contact us within five (5) days from the date of delivery so we can help resolve the issue. This also applies to the packaging if the product is a safety product or otherwise considered sensitive.

Damage and claims occurring during the warranty period are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please email info@bumprider.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos or video showing the defect.

We offer a two (2) year warranty on all products in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

The right to claim applies to manufacturing defects. Sun fading, discoloration, rust and punctures can only be claimed within five (5) days of delivery.

The right to claim does not apply to faults caused by wear and tear or lack of maintenance.

If a claim is approved, we will repair the defect or replace the product.

The right to claim does not apply if the customer has repaired the product without approval or caused the fault.

Missing items must be reported within five (5) days of receiving the shipment.

Transport damage must be reported at the pickup location and is handled by the carrier.

Replacement items may be shipped using a different shipping method than the original order. Claims apply only to the original purchaser.

If inspection shows no manufacturing defect, the product will be returned and a fee may apply.

Shipping labels provided are valid for 30 days. After expiration the customer pays return shipping.

UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

Uncollected parcels may be charged for return shipping and handling costs. Shipments remain at the pickup point for 7–14 days before being returned.

We reserve the right to charge €35 per package for unclaimed shipments.

If delivery fails due to incorrect information, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus incurred costs.

DISCLAIMER

We reserve the right for inaccuracies, price adjustments, stock discrepancies, technical issues, and typographical errors. Product images and colors may differ between screens. Please keep this in mind when placing your order
