Placing an order at bumprider store implies simultaneous acceptance of our terms of sale. All prices on inovi.se include VAT. To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old.

An order acknowledgment is sent immediately after the purchase is completed to the specified e-mail address. It is important that you enter a correct e-mail address in order to receive information about possible partial deliveries, delays, etc. If an ordered item is delayed, you can contact us for a partial delivery, so you can have any other ordered items sent directly or the item exchanged for a Other.

Invoice payment

Payment against Klarna invoice with 30 days payment period. No invoice fee is added. The invoice is sent via email in connection with the order being sent from our warehouse. To be able to pay against an invoice, the order needs to be sent to your registered address, and you need to provide correct and complete personal data.

In case of late payment, a reminder fee and late payment interest will be added. In the event of non-payment, the case is forwarded to Klarna's debt collection company Segoria and statutory debt collection fees are added.

Partial payment

You can partially pay your invoice via Klarna account. Pay in installments from 1/24 of the order amount. You can pay off the entire remaining debt at any time. Your account with Klarna will then be automatically closed. Complete terms and conditions can be found at Klarna.
Card payment

Secure card payment with VISA and Mastercard/Eurocard. No card fees are added. No card details are stored with us, they are saved with our partner Klarna. Card payments handled by Klarna are PCI-DSS certified.
Klarna Direct

With Klarna Direkt, you easily pay directly at the checkout with your mobile bank ID. The money is withdrawn 1-2 days after we send your goods. Activate the service by logging in to Klarna and registering your account.

As a customer, you have the right to cancel and return correct deliveries within 365 days from when you or your courier received the item according to the law on distance contracts and off-premises contracts.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with a broken seal that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.

Bumprider must confirm that the return is permitted and that the cooling-off period has not passed before the goods are sent back. Notification that you wish to use the right of withdrawal must be emailed to us at info@bumprider.com. Returns may not be sent as cash on delivery. The product must be sent to us within 14 days from the time you informed us that you want to use your right of withdrawal, and must be done according to the instructions you receive from us. The customer is responsible for the goods until they have reached us. Note the package/Shipment number and save the receipt.

Use a service intended for delivery to businesses, so the package does not go to an agent.

After we have received and checked the returned item, we will refund the price of the item. It always happens within 14 days from when we received the returned item.

If the item is used or changed more than is necessary to determine its properties and function, we reserve the right to make a price deduction corresponding to the reduction in value that occurred in connection with the handling. The reduction in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis. The item therefore needs to be returned in the exact condition in which it was received. If the item cannot be returned in this way, you must immediately contact Customer Service at info@bumprider.com, who will assess whether a return can be made.

When returning an order with an item included in the purchase, this must also be returned. This also applies to gift cards with the purchase. If the gift card has been used, that amount is deducted from the one that is refunded.

The return shipping cost in case of right of cancellation is paid by the customer. In cases where Bumprider sends shipping documents to the customer, these are only sent digitally by e-mail, to be printed by the customer. These are valid for 30 days. If the shipping document has time to expire, Inovi no longer takes care of the return shipping and the customer instead books and pays for it with a forwarder of their choice.

Smaller shipments are most easily sent as letters or parcels to our warehouse, use a service intended for delivery to companies so the parcel does not go to an agent.

We do not handle exchanges and we ask that you return the item to us and place a new order.
