Return
We understand that buying products online can be difficult because you don't see the physical product. That's why we have a 365 day open purchase policy. After 365 days we cannot offer you a refund.
 
To receive a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The buyer is responsible for paying any shipping costs for the returned product. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

It is important that the package is delivered all the way to our warehouse, as we are unable to collect from agents. Choose shipping options for businesses. Otherwise, the return lands with an agent, and is sent back to you as the sender within 2 weeks.

You as the buyer are responsible for the cost of return shipping. For the return to be accepted, you need to choose delivery to company. Your money will be refunded after the item has been checked and approved by our staff, no later than 14 days after we have received your package. Please note that packages sent to agents will not be picked up and will be returned back to you.

Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your submission.
 
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. We cannot refund to an account other than the account from which the payment was made.
 
Late or missing repayments
If you haven't received a deposit yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a certain processing time before a contribution is posted.

Change
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, send us an email at info@bumprider.com
 
Faulty or damaged items
With regard to possible recoveries, Bumprider follows the Swedish law "Konsumentköplagen" (visit www.konsumentverket.se to learn more).
 
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Depending on where you live, the delivery time for exchanges may vary.
 
If you are sending goods over a value of €100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipments. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Returns when you pay with Klarna
When your return has been completed, you will receive an updated invoice from Klarna.
You will receive your contribution from Klarna within 5-10 working days to your selected account.

In case of disputes
In the event of any disputes, we will follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
