How to return an item
You have 365 days to change your mind (14 days for Outlet items). Register your return using our return form. Follow the instructions shown in the return form after registering your return. Use the return label or QR code provided for your return.
Three steps
Find your order
Go to the return form and enter your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout. No customer account login is needed.
Open the order and request a return
Select the order, choose the items you want to return and tell us the reason. Then send the request.
Follow the return instructions
Follow the next steps shown in the return form. When your return label or QR code is available, use it to hand in your parcel as instructed. If your request is awaiting review or a label is not available, wait for further instructions before sending anything.
Sending the parcel
You pay the full return shipping cost. Use the shipping instructions and return label or QR code provided for your return.
Use the return label or QR code provided for your return and follow the instructions for handing in your parcel. The destination and shipping service are already specified. You do not need to book a separate shipping service. If your return needs more than one parcel, contact us before handing it in so that each parcel has the correct return label.
- Keep your proof of handover and tracking number until your refund is completed.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.
- Do not send the parcel until you have received your return label or QR code and shipping instructions.
Your refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we email you the outcome and process the refund to the payment method you used at checkout. If you paid with Klarna you will receive an updated invoice from Klarna.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrived damaged or developed a fault, email us at info@bumprider.com before starting a return. We follow the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen).
